The communication with this company is excellent. I receive a call from A1 a day or two before the treatment as a reminder. During this call, I may ask to leave a message for the technician to call me when he is at the property. I can also leave special instructions for the tech to call me when they are on their way. The Techs are great and very polite to our renters and condo owners.
