Important Tips Not to be Forgotten

• Seal any holes on the outside of the house.
• Keep tree branches trimmed, even in the winter.
• Make sure the house stays ventilated and dry and repair any rotted roofs.
• Even though it might be a cold trip from the fireplace to the yard, keep firewood at least 20 feet away from the house.
