I needed them and they were there! After an episode at 2:00am in my bedroom involving my mini dachshund and some critter in her mouth I had had ENOUGH!!! Re: Removal of Wasp Nest
I wish to thank you and your technician, Mr. Sandig, for the prompt response to my call today. I have used A1 Exterminators’ service several times and I am happy to say that you have always done an excellent job of solving our insect problems. I recommend your professional services to anyone who is in need of pest control.
Mr. Sandig had been to our house earlier this year to provide insect (ants) protection and his work was excellent. He demonstrated a good understanding of our problem and of the most effective treatment method. He was very effective.
Today, Mr. Sandig was able to remove the wasp nest from our house very quickly and easily, completing the job in about two minutes. He realized that the job was so very fast and easy that he called your office to see about a reduction in charges for the service. I was certainly pleased and gratefully with your response. This kindness confirms my feeling that A1 Exterminators is capable, efficient and honest in their dealings with customers.

My wife called me yesterday after she noticed several small bugs on our 2 year old son. She was a little panicked and was looking to get an exterminator in as soon as possible. I remembered that you and I had worked together recently, so I figured I would call you for help.
I called your office and spoke with Wendy and wanted to let you know that she did a great job. She understood we were a little uneasy since we had a 2-year old and a 1-year old in the house. She asked me questions that helped identify that we probably had bird mites (we though they may have been fleas or bed bugs). She was able to arrange for an inspection this morning. She did a great job and was very accommodating.
In addition, my wife called me this morning after David completed the inspection (he confirmed we had bird mites). We have a treatment scheduled to be applied tomorrow. She said David did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.
I wanted to share this email with you to thank your staff for being so attentive and helpful. Clearly, we will be using your organization for all future needs. We will also be sure to recommend your company to any friends and family that are in need of A1’s services.
